Hi, I’m Jenna!

I’m so glad you’re here! So, a little about me. I’m 25 years old, a wife to my best friend, a mama to my toddler, and we currently live in the Greenville/Spartanburg, SC area, although we’re from Sarasota, FL.

We just recently built a new construction home and we have a fairly strict HOA- hence the reason for my blog re-brand. In my opinion, HOA’s are necessary to protect homeowners, most often times, from themselves. In the area that I live, you can clearly tell the difference between HOA maintained neighborhoods and not maintained neighborhoods, which consequently, are the homes that do not raise significantly in value. The simple fact is that not everyone can afford (or wants) a multi-acre, remote, piece of land.
